While I was teaching at my secondary school, I got a few messages on my cell phone.
After I finished talking with my students, a manager told me I got a phone call from my primary branch.
The head teacher said, "Keiko sensei, are you available before your classes tomorrow? As you know, our manager, Rie, has been on a business trip this week, and our substitute manager called in sick. There is no one who is at the reception desk tomorrow, until 3:00pm! Can you be a receptionist before your classes starts?"
Of course I said yes.
However, the head teacher, Toshi, is also having a cold.
I have just recovered my cold, but right now, the cold is really common!
